KratomVibez.com offers no refunds for products that have been opened and/or used. However, we will consider refunds to purchasers who follow the process outlined on this page. To have products which were purchased on our website considered for refund, you must mail your unopened product to Primify LLC, 810 Mapple Ave, Homewood, IL 60430, with a detailed explanation providing reasons for your refund.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To have your purchase considered for a  refund, complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Please review our return policy for details regarding the return process.

Please do not send or return your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refund Submissions

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If your purchase has been approved for refund, and 30 days has passed, and if you haven’t received a refund yet, we recommend that you contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be considered for refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for products purchased on our website.

Shipping returns

To return your unopened product, you should mail your product, along with a detailed explanation providing reasons for your refund to Primify LLC, 810 Mapple Ave, Homewood, IL 60430.

Refunds are considered on a case by case basis.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon receiving the returned product and explanation for refund request, we will determine if a refund is warranted. If you receive a refund, your refund will be applied to the credit card that was used to process your order.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
