Overview
KratomVibez.com offers only considers refunds and returns for purchases which have not been opened or used. However, we will consider accepting returns from purchasers who follow the process outlined within our Refund & Exchange Policy and Return Policy. To have products which were purchased on our website considered for refund, you must mail your unopened product along with a detailed explanation providing reasons for your refund to: Primify LLC, 810 Mapple Ave, Homewood, IL 60430.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To have your purchase considered for a refund, complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please review our return policy for details regarding the return process.
Please do not send or return your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Return Submissions
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping returns
To return your unopened product, you should mail your product to: Primify LLC, 810 Mapple Ave, Homewood, IL 60430 with a detailed explanation providing reasons for your refund.
Refunds are considered on a case by case basis.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon receiving the returned product and explanation for refund request, we will determine if a refund is warranted. If you receive a refund, your refund will be applied to the credit card that was used to process your order.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing returns
We advise that any items sent back to KratomVibez.com should be done so using a shipping solution that is able to track your package.
Before contacting us, please confirm with your shipping company to obtain proof of delivery.
